Cancellation Policy

All appointment requests must be accompanied by the Booking Request Form. Dr Taylor will then assess if the request is suitable, and offer an appointment if so. If your request would be better handled by a different specialist, Dr Taylor will endeavour to advise in this regard, however takes no responsibility for the overall suitability. Appointments are not confirmed until paid in full if self-funding, or until your membership details and prior authorisation are confirmed by your insurer. Cancellations within 7 days of appointment will be payable in full.
